The Show Me Campaign seeks to give every child access to a quality education. Through programs such as Teach for America, Teach for All, Harlem Village Academies, and New Profit, the Show Me Campaign works to elevate and celebrate teachers, the single most important factor for student achievement in our schools. The campaign also works to end the school-to-prison pipeline and to address systemic issues in our criminal justice system that disproportionately impact the poor, minorities and disadvantaged. Together, these dual strategies aim to give every single child the opportunity to not just survive, but to thrive.

Jane Cashner was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2004 and Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia in 2014. During her ongoing battle through treatment, her family watched her not only endure the effects of treatment but also the negative effects of being forced into social isolation and being removed form daily activities she once loved due to fear of contamination. Soon the family realized the impact that social isolation had on children they saw in the hospital also undergoing treatment and were compelled to make a difference. There the Cashner Family Foundation was established by Andrew Cashner, pitcher for the Texas Rangers.
